and spending time doing own renditions of both my mom's cassette collection,
as well as more or less known hits blaring out of the radio & tv-speakers,
I guess it was at the very end of 1991 that the "glory glory hallelujah"-
moment finally came.
You know the feeling when you've been doing something all on your own
for the very first time? Like making that first sketch of a human,
that didn't look like a ball and a lot of lines?
I guess that was the feeling I felt when I wrote my first song.
Or rather the first one that actually made sense.
Also one thing worth mentioning, and a thing that still surprises me,
is that it wasn't written in Swedish, but in English.
I have a hard time picturing myself doing something
that's so easy to write, yet so special, today.
Guess it's an age-related thing.
Don't know if anything more happened that year, though.
Not as far as I can recall at least.
Feels like just that one simply overshadowed all I eventually did.
Might have written something in swedish though.
Oh yeah, one last thing worth mentioning.
I learned how to use a Swedish-to-English dictionary.
