describing each other through their own eyes, so I thought
I'd do something similar.
Mind you, I have never met her in real life,
so I'm just going by personal experiences here.
Simply how she is according to me.
And yeah, it turned into a "what if we lived
next-door to each other?". Sorry about that
This girl is pretty shy, she likes to make friends,
but it would be more likely that we'd be sitting
on each side of the wall, writing to each other on twitter,
rather than actually sitting in the same room..
One of the few hellos that would be exchanged
would probably be when I'm in the kitchen,
heating a microwave pizza, while she pops in
to load another round of coffee in the machine.
Or another happening would be in the morning.
I would go to school, while she sits at the table,
eating her morning (or late evening?) pancakes.
Simply small things like that.
Although, at the same time it would be highly likely
that the evenings (and nights) would see the small desk light
being turned on in both rooms. Me sitting and writing lyrics,
while hearing her magically interpreting all kinds of tunes
in the other room. Guess I would be smiling while hearing that.
And who knows, I might be brave enough to knock on her door
and ask if she wanted to come over. Or the other way around.
If I was to enter her room, I guess it would be kinda unlikely
to find her sitting on the chair, but more likely to find her
sitting propped up on the table, looking dreamily up to the stars,
saying "I wish I was as free as the stars in the sky".
Or for that matter, when it comes to listening to music,
I wouldn't be surprised to hear various Hanson-tunes
blaring from the inside of her room, her cool voice
singing along. Wouldn't mind at all though.
Speaking of that, a jamming session at 2 a.m.
wouldn't probably be too unlikely either.
Maybe quiet though, since the walls are really
lacking of soundproofing stuff.
Another thing that'd be somewhat likely I guess,
is for me to (for once) be up at 6.30 a.m.
and find her jogging on the spot outside the door,
saying "Wanna join me for a morning run, sleepyhead?".
Otherwise, I guess I don't know much about her,
apart from name, age and so on. All I know though,
is having this dream coming true would be, yeah,
too good to be true ;-)
I guess you can see where this headed. Instead of
being a short note about what I see in front of me
when I think of her, it became another dreamy blognote.
Hope you're ok with it.
And I might as well give you the answer, or at least a clue.
I'm often referring to her in Swedish, with the mysterious
interpretion, "Älskade glasbarn".
